Refund policy
Returns
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us first at studiosoft.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without prior authorisation, as returns must be coordinated with our fulfilment partners. We'll get back to you within 2 business days with next steps.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been authorised and received, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note your bank may take additional time to process the payment.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no need to return the item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as final sale
- Items that have been used or are not in original condition
EU & International Orders
For orders outside the UK, please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
Your Statutory Rights
As a UK-based retailer, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
