Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

During high-volume periods, promotions, or seasonal demand, processing times may be slightly extended.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, supplier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery times:

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
European Union: 7–14 business days
International: 10–25 business days

In rare cases, deliveries may take longer during peak seasons, high-demand periods, or supplier disruptions.

Some products are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners and international warehouses. As a result, items within the same order may arrive separately depending on stock availability and warehouse location.

4. Tracking Information

Tracking is provided for most orders where supported by the courier. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

5. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees may be charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.

We are unable to guarantee delivery where orders are delayed, rejected, or confiscated by customs authorities. Customers are responsible for complying with local import laws and regulations before placing an order.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at studiosoft.store@gmail.com and we will investigate with our fulfilment partners and shipping providers.

While we will do our best to assist with delayed shipments, we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Orders believed to be lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

We aim to respond to all shipping enquiries within 24–48 business hours.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate.

We are unable to modify or redirect orders once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

If a parcel is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, additional shipping fees may apply before re-dispatch.

8. Shipping Fees & Returns

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
